Solutions for all markets
Rijk Zwaan supplies first-class seeds and offers a range of services, both to existing growers and to companies developing new horticultural projects. We have crop and marketing specialists all over the world who provide tailor-made growing advice and can help create sales opportunities in various market segments (including retail, foodservice and fresh-cut). Our breeding programme is based on extensive consumer research and we understand the entire supply chain. This enables us to provide our partners with solutions for all markets and covering complete product categories.
Panel discussion: 'Growing for consumer needs'
On Tuesday 14 June, we will host a panel discussion about 'Growing for consumer needs' together with our partners FoodVentures and AlGhanim Agriculture Group. The focus of this panel discussion will be on cooperation in the supply chain to meet the needs of retailers and consumers with the right product fit. By sharing two case studies of such cooperation, we will clarify how Rijk Zwaan can help you connect with local partners to jointly meet the needs of your local market. Henry Gordon Smith (Agritechture) will lead the discussion. From China, Alibaba Group will also participate via a video message, to share a retailer’s perspective on this topic.
