The list of Best Employers was compiled by Effectory and Volkskrant Banen and is based on reliable research among 315 organisations. With a score of 8.24 for general satisfaction, Rijk Zwaan belongs to one of the top companies in the category of golden winners.

At the heart of our policy is our wish to ensure that all our employees have an enjoyable career. The primary aim of Rijk Zwaan is to offer all its employees at its Dutch establishments and its more than 25 establishments worldwide a lasting end enjoyable job with good working conditions. Investing in our employees with a lasting relationship as our objective: that is what we feel is important. And practice has proved that this philosophy works. Our employees are highly dedicated and motivated. Employee turnover and absence due to illness add up to less than 3%; satisfaction, with an average score of 8.24, is high.
